MY BLUE PASS
We are a group of local enthusiasts and volunteers who enjoy spending time on the water and want to encourage more young people to share in the fun and excitement of water based activities. Sharing experiences afloat and an appreciation of the social benefits of engaging with and respecting our local environment, we offer a pathway to personal development and fulfilment.
Andy Speirs, local fireman and builder, is the Principal of our RYA Recognised Training Centre and a Trustee. A keen sailor, wind surfer and kayaker who loves to be afloat.
Chief RYA Instructor Rachael Hurst, has overall responsibilty for sail training.
Sharon administrator, mum, artist and generally keeps everything MBP afloat.

Stephen Jones is an experienced sailor and competative yaughtsman who tries to get out on his beautiful old wooden boat as often as possible.
David Rose is an experienced sailor, local actor and street performer who with his wife Mandy own the "Grand Theatre of Lemmings" and "The Smallest Theatre in the World", creators of George the Bookworm with 40 years experience working with audiences all over the world.
Andy Speirs is an experienced sailor, water sports enthusiast and fireman working with children through the Essex Fire Brigade Firebreak scheme. He is also a local builder.
Mark Murrison is an experienced sailor with a 40 year career in the marine industry as a merchant navy officer and is currently a pilot with Harwich Haven Authority.
Anja Newman is a competitive dinghy sailor and chair of Governors at Bradfield Primary School and strong links to Ardleigh Sailing Club.
Daniel Ager is a competitive sailor, lawyer and trusts specialist.
